About Us
Justice for all Immigrants began in 2014 as Houston/East Texas Justice for our Neighbors. In June 2021, we changed our name to Justice for all Immigrants to better represent the work we do in Houston, San Antonio, and Corpus Christi, Texas. We remain part of the national Immigration Law & Justice Network with roots in the United Methodist Church.

We believe in reuniting families and safeguarding the rights of those seeking protection from persecution and violence. Our team of experienced attorneys and legal assistants work tirelessly to build strong cases and provide unwavering support throughout the entire immigration legal process.
Research shows immigrants with attorneys fare better at every stage of the court process.

Community Outreach
Justice for all Immigrants regularly participates in community education, outreach, and advocacy events. We conduct workshops with local partners serving asylum-seekers and Temporary Protected Status applicants, our staff attends numerous resource fairs and we regularly give presentations about immigration rights. Our attorneys provide free community consultations at a children’s rehabilitation center in San Antonio, and in Corpus Christi, we have partnered with Wesley Nurses and the Coastal Bend Food bank to provide information about JFAI to local residents.

Additionally, our attorneys join in advocacy efforts both locally and nationally. We educate local law enforcement agencies and schools on different forms of immigration relief. Staff attorneys participate in the National Day of Action hosted by the American Immigration Lawyers Association. We meet with legislators and their staff to advocate for immigration policy reform and to inform them about how current immigration policies affect our clients and the community.
Our Team.
At Justice for all Immigrants, we are a dedicated and professional team of attorneys, legal assistants, and program coordinators. We are working together to build a more inclusive and compassionate community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
