Viridiana de la Cruz
Legal Assistant
Viridiana's journey with Justice for all Immigrants began in June 2024 when she stepped into the role of a Legal Assistant. Her path to JFAI was paved with her work in other non-profit immigration organizations and private firms, where she assisted the community with detained respondents and unaccompanied minors. Her extensive experience in these roles has given her a deep understanding of immigrants' challenges and has fueled her passion to make a difference in their lives.

Viridiana was born in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, and soon after, her parents decided to immigrate to the United States to seek a better life. She has vivid memories of her family's stories and difficulties, as well as firsthand racial profiling. This has significantly impacted her enthusiasm to help and be a voice for the immigrant community. Her commitment to being a voice for those in need is determined.

Viridiana loves spending time with her family; she loves the Dallas Cowboys and is the proud mother of a Navy Sailor!
